PixelMark had six versions of its logo in circulation and no file anyone trusted enough to send to a printer.

This was a distribution problem wearing a design problem's clothes. The correct mark already existed; nobody could find it, so everyone redrew it.
One mark, four locked configurations, shipped with the boring parts done: clear space, minimum sizes, behavior on a photograph, and one link that always resolves to the current files.
