MarkForge makes hand tools. Their mark had to work at four millimetres, struck into steel, as well as on a website.

Every version they had was drawn for a screen: fine strokes, tight counters, a gradient. None of it survived the stamping tolerance.
We rebuilt it around the constraint — one weight, open counters, no detail smaller than the die can hold. The same mark now reads as one thing on the tool, the box and the site.
