Project Overview
CodeHive's documentation was a single-page application that took four seconds to show a paragraph of text.
Problem
Documentation is read on bad connections, in a hurry, by people who are already frustrated. Nothing about the delivery matched any part of that.
Solution
Every page is a static document again, with search as an enhancement rather than a dependency. First paint is under 400 ms on a throttled connection across all 340 pages.
